What to expect from Foundation Series-2?
About breathing meditation: As you most probably would have taken the previous foundation series on meditation, you must already be aware that breathing meditation can give you a sense of calm, peace and balance that can benefit both your emotional well-being and your overall health. It transforms your perspective of life changing the way you handle stressful situations and so much more. Now, this series is a step up from the previous foundation series and we will go deeper into the different elements of meditation including the body, breath and sounds.
Get started:
The first session begins with a relaxed and comfortable seated position where you focus on your breathing during the heartfulness meditation session. However, you need to make sure that you don’t fall asleep. In the successive sessions, our instructor will help you overcome challenges that people usually face such as feeling physically uncomfortable while meditating.
Practise regularly:
At the end of the series, you will begin to feel more calm and relaxed. Practise breathing meditation daily as it can fill your day with positivity and make you feel relaxed throughout the day
