By focusing on breath awareness, we can get rid of all distractions that make our mind wander and lose focus of what is important. The series is designed in a way to make meditation extremely easy for you.
Get started:
Like the previous sessions, we begin in a comfortable position sitting down either on a chair or on the floor, whatever makes you feel comfortable. However, you need to make sure that you don’t fall asleep. Now, this series is a step up from the previous foundation series and we will go deeper into the different elements of meditation including the body, breath and sounds.
