Short sessions: As these meditation for better focus sessions are only 12 minutes long, you can always make time for them no matter how busy your schedule looks.

A subsequent result of this focus meditation pack is that it also makes you much more patient. Time yourself and gradually increase the time of meditation for focus on goals and your concentration will improve. You can take these sessions any time of the day but it’s usually preferable to practise them early in the morning.
