What to expect from Intermediate Series - 3?
About meditation: Doing the same thing again and again might seem pointless but hold on, practice maketh perfect and the same holds true for meditation too. The more you practice, the more you uncover things about the calm your mind meditation practices but also about yourself.
About the sessions:
As you progress through the sessions, you will realize that they are filled with silence giving you more time and space to practise the techniques that you previously learned on your own. In the beginning, you practise sensations around your body and develop this technique allowing you to achieve mastery of the mind.
How to begin the session:
Like always, we begin every session by taking a few deep breaths allowing our breathing to calm our senses before we move onto practising our meditation for relaxation of mind techniques such as breath awareness, body scan techniques and so on. Always remember, the more you practice meditation, the better you become at controlling your mind and subsequently your thoughts and emotions. Let’s begin with the first session now.
