What to expect from Intermediate Series - 2?
About the series: In this series, we will dive deeper into the meditation for relaxation of mind techniques that we learned in the foundation series. Like always, we begin by sitting comfortably in our meditation pose and take a few deep breaths to help you relax with every breath you take.
About Meditation:
Now, while meditation techniques are easy to understand, practising them can be a little challenging. We face a number of challenges such as our mind wandering when we try to concentrate on our breath and body. We will learn how to stop this from happening and Dr Shaym Bhat will help us out with tips and insights that will help us go into a deeper meditative state. Meditation to keep mind calm will also include periods of silence so that you can explore the techniques on your own and understand them better. So let’s get started with the first session right away without any further ado.
