What to expect from Intermediate Series - 4?
About meditation: While meditation techniques are easy in nature and particularly easy to follow, achieving mastery over them is a completely different ballgame. The only way to learn how to calm down your mind and become a master of meditation is through perseverance and regular practice. Form a routine and practise meditation on a regular basis.
How to get started:
In this series, we begin the first calm your mind meditation session and every other session by taking some deep breaths and then allow our breathing to return to its normal state before we get started with the main meditation techniques. In the first meditation session, we will primarily practise meta cognitive awareness which is to essentially to observe the sensations caused by the objects that we are in contact with. In the later sessions, we will practise other meditation to calm mind and hopefully achieve mastery of them by practising them regularly. Develop a deeper and stronger bond with yourself through meditation.
