Health Benefits of Tropical Smoothie
The best part about this recipe is how customizable it is. If you don’t like mangoes you can use other tropical fruits instead for the smoothie. Some people prefer pineapples and mangoes over bananas to make the smoothie and if you’re feeling adventurous, you can use even Kiwi! Fruits are rich in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. They help in speeding up recovery after workouts due to the electrolytes in them. The potassium found in fruits prevents fluid balances by stabilizing sodium levels in the body. If you’re using mangoes for the smoothie, you’ll be getting loads of Vitamin C for your tropical smoothie benefits when it comes to your health. If you can’t stand the taste of the smoothie or need it to be on the sweeter side, you can sprinkle a bit of organic jaggery powder into it. What we love about this recipe is the prep time. It takes just 10 minutes and is very low in calories. For anyone who is on a weight loss diet or counting their calories, you don’t have to worry about going beyond your limit. Enjoy a glass of this refreshing beverage at any time of the day and bring a smile to your face!

Success!

We hope you had fun making it! Enjoy the meal.
