Directions

Mix the batter gently, pour it in the Idly mold and steam for 10 minutes or till done.

Once steamed, store the Idly inside a steamer in order to retain softness.

Cut Idly into small dices.

Heat Oil in a pan, add Mustard Seeds, Curry Leaves, Peanut, Chana Dal, Urad Dal and and saute till golden brown.

Add diced Idli, Gun Powder and Salt. Adjust seasoning.

Serve hot.
