Directions

Heat Oil in a pan add chopped Ginger and Garlic. Saute for sometime.

Add chopped Chilli and Onion, sauté till Golden Brown.

Add Red, Green and Yellow Bell Pepper and saute.

Add chopped Tomatoes and cook till mushy.

Add Turmeric, Chilli Powder, Cumin Powder along with some Salt, add some Chat Masala and mix well.

Add grated Tofu and mix well. Cook for 5 mins.

Garnish with chopped Coriander leaves. Keep aside.
