Directions

In a pan, add Oil, Onion, Garlic, Celery and Carrot and saute.

Add chopped ripe Tomato and cook till gets dry.

Add Paprika and Oregano, adjust seasoning.

Make Paste and keep aside.

Heat Oil in a pan and sauté chopped Ginger, Garlic, Onion and Celery.

Add Tomato Sauce & Water. Bring to boil.

Add Chilli Paste, Oyster Sauce, Schezwan Pepper Powder, Aromat Powder, Salt. Mix well.

Stir fry till fragrant.

Check seasoning and garnish with Spring Onions.

In a pan, add chopped Onion, Garlic, Celery, Ginger and saute.

Add diced Onion and Peppers.

Add Chilli Paste, Soy Sauce, Oyster Sauce, Honey, Salt. Mix well.

Add diced Tofu and saute till cooked.

Keep aside in a bowl.

In a bowl add warm Water, Yeast and Jaggery.

In a bowl, add Atta and Salt.

Add Yeast mixture and Oil in the bowl.

Knead well till all ingredients bind together. Apply Oil on surface.

Keep in a warm place and leave for fermentation.

Knead again and divide into medium sized balls.

Flatten to small round shape with thickness in center.
