Soak Almond overnight. Peel and keep aside.

Soak chopped Seedless Dates for 60 mins in hot Water.

Peel and cut Pineapple into dices.

Blend the Flaxseeds to a powder. Add Almonds, Dates, Spirulina, Banana, Pineapple and Water and blend.

Pour in a glass and serve chilled. Please note that the smoothie will thicken over time due to Flaxseeds. Hence, it is recommended to prepare one hour before consumption.
