Toast almonds, sesame seeds, rolled oats and peanuts separately. Clean the peanuts, remove skin. Deseed the dates. Roughly chop dates and raisins. Blend almonds to get a coarse powder. Take a pan, add jaggery powder and water, bring it to a boil, cook for 5-7 min until it forms a thick syrup.

Turn off the flame,transfer the jaggery syrup into a bowl.

When the syrup is a little warm add all the ingredients.

Mix well till a mixture is formed where all ingredients combine and it can easily be shaped into round balls. Allow the mixture to air dry for 10 minutes at room temperature. Using your hand to make bite-size balls. Ready to serve.
