Directions

In a bowl, add Water, Moong and keep aside for soaking overnight. Place the soaked Moong in a moist cloth. Tie the cloth for sprouting.

In a mixing bowl, add Sprouts, chopped Red, Green, Yellow Peppers, diced Beetroot, Pomegranate, chopped Coriander, Salt, Chilli Powder, Chat Masala and Lemon Juice. Mix well.

Serve in a bowl. Garnish with chopped Coriander.
