Directions

Chop Carrot, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Beans and blanch.

Chop Spinach and keep aside.

Add Multigrain Flour, Rava Sooji, Gram Flour, Fennel Powder, Atta, Salt in a mixing bowl and mix well.

Make a small hole like portation in the centre and add Curd, Jaggery and mix well.

Add Water and knead well.

Make a soft dough but should be firm.

Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let rest for about 20 mins.

Make round balls of equal portions.

Roll on a dusted surface with a rolling pin into small roundels.

Heat a pan and cook evenly from both sides.

Lightly roast peeled Garlic, Coriander, Green Chilli, Curry Leaf and Ginger with Oil.

Add roasted ingredients, Honey, Black Salt, Salt, Cumin Powder, Curd, Water into a blender.

Grind to a fine paste and keep aside for later use.

Heat Oil and add the chopped Onions and saute well.

Add the blanched vegetables, chopped Spinach and cook for some time till the spinach is properly cooked.

Add the chopped Bell Peppers ( Red, Yellow & Green ) and saute well.

Add chopped Green Chilli and cook on low flame till the raw flavor disappears.

Add Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin Powder, Turmeric Powder, Chat Masala, Fennel Powder and toss well.

Crumble the Paneer and add to the above mixture.

Add chopped Cashew Nut and Raisins and toss well till all the ingredients are incorporated well.

Lay the wrap on an even surface

Spread the Garlic Chutney on each of the wrap.

Place the stuffing on one half of the wrap and spread evenly.

Throw in chopped cottage cheese, chopped cashew nuts, and raisins, and cook briefly for two to three minutes so that all the flavours are deep inside. Turn off the heat.
