In a blender, add Pineapple, Mint, Ginger, Coriander, Hing, Black Pepper and Water. Blend until very fine.

Strain the mixture and collect the juice. Discard the pulp. Add Salt, Black Salt, Lemon Juice, Honey & roasted Cumin Powder and stir well. Pour in glass and serve chilled.
