Directions

In a bowl, add Water, Salt, Paneer and keep aside 2 hrs for soaking.

In a heavy bottom vessel, add Water, Kashmiri Rajma and cook till soft. Drain the water and preserve the water in a bowl.

In a heavy bottom vessel, add Water, chopped Spinach and blanch. Strain the Spinach, remove to a ice water and keep aside.

Heat Oil in a pan. Fry Paneer on both the side till Golden and Crispy.

In a blender, add Basil, Walnut, Water, Garlic, Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper. Make a paste.

Remove to a bowl and keep aside for later use.

In a bowl, add Atta, Salt, Water and make a dough.

Add Oil and knead the dough.

Keep aside.

Take a portion of dough and make a flat circle. Heat a pan and cook the wrap on both the sides.

In a pan, add chopped Tomatoes, Coriander, Chipotle Powder and cook till mushy.

Remove to a bowl and keep aside for later use.

In a bowl, add Whole Wheat Flour, Salt, Water, Oil, chopped Coriander, minced Jalapeño, minced Green Chilli. Knead to make a dough.

Take a portion of the dough and make a flat circle.

Cut the Flatten dough into diamond shape. Put in a baking tray and place in an oven for 8 min at 160 degree C.

Remove to a bowl and keep aside.

Heat Oil in a pan. Add Garlic, Onion and saute until Golden Brown.

Add Tomatoes, Topping, chopped Jalapeño, Chipotle Tabasco, Paprika Powder, Cumin Powder and saute.

Add boiled Beans and half of the water. Cook till water is absorbed.

Add remaining Water and cook in low flame till beans are partly mashed.

Add Salt, Pepper, Topping and cook.

Remove to a bowl and keep aside.

Heat Oil in a pan. Add minced Garlic, Thyme and saute.

Add chopped Spinach and Sauté.

In a bowl, add grated Cucumber, Salt and keep aside for 15 mins and squeeze out the water.

Take a blender, add Curd, Garlic and crush lightly.

Strain out the Garlic Juice into a mixing bowl. Add Curd, Salt, minced Mint, Parsley, grated Cucumber and whisk till smooth.
