For Crust : Soak 1/4 cup of dates in water for 15 min. Drain the water. Then add the granola, cocoa powder, soaked dates, 2 tbsp coconut oil and 1/4tsp salt.

Pulse grind to get a coarse and sticky mixture. Divide the mixture in tart tin and press it with your finger to even out on the sides. The tart layer shouldn’t be too thin.

Transfer the tart tin to the freezer and let it set.

For Date Caramel : Soak remaining dates in water for 15 min. Drain the water. Add the soaked dates to a blender along with peanut butter, 2 tbsp coconut oil, water and salt.

Process until you get a thick and smooth mixture. Scrape the sides as required while blending.

Spread the caramel filling onto the base in an even layer. Pop the tart back into the fridge.

Meanwhile, microwave the chocolate until melted. Keep stirring at a 20 sec interval.

Take out the tart tin and spread the chocolate on top to get a chocolate layer. Put it back in the fridge for at least 30 min to set.
