No-Bake Cheesecake is one of the easiest recipes in the world. Why? Because there’s virtually zero baking! A traditional cheesecake calls for the use of eggs, measuring ingredients and baking carefully. But our no-bake cheesecake recipe will give you none of that! It takes a few minutes to whip up and is a clean source of fuel for the body. You can even refrigerate it for later consumption and mak ... e extra batches since the prep is simple. Store them in airtight mason jars to make them last longer. If your kids have a sweet tooth for dessert and crave seconds, you can serve this to them guilt-free. Use half a cup of whipped cream to thicken the mix. If you’re not getting the consistency right for the cheesecake, you have to mix more and add a bit of condensed milk slowly. This will prevent the runny texture and firm it up by gently scraping the sides of the bowl. Although we’ve used cream cheese for this no-bake cheesecake recipe, you can use lactose-free alternatives like vegan cheeses, in case your kids are allergic to dairy. Throw in a few crushed graham crackers for a buttery and crunchy texture to this cheesecake and get ready to surprise your family on the weekends! If you want to add a nutritional punch to this recipe, add some chopped blueberries or strawberries for those antioxidants.

Health Benefits of No-Bake Cheesecake
Since most cream cheese recipes for cheesecakes use dairy, they are often high in protein. If you’re using unpasteurized milk or yoghurt from the cream cheese that comes fresh from the farm, your kids will be getting the benefits of the live bacteria cultures and enzymes. Raw milk and dairy have an abundance of health benefits and is packed with vitamins and minerals like Vitamin K2, calcium, magnesium, etc. These help in the development of strong bones and regulate cholesterol levels naturally. Since we’re using dates in this no-bake eggless cheesecake, it adds more fibre to the dish. Adequate fibre intake aids in smooth digestion and proper bowel movements. This prevents constipation and the probiotics in the cream cheese boost gut health too. A homemade gluten-free cheesecake recipe like this one not only keeps those cravings at bay but is a lot healthier since your kids aren’t consuming processed sugar. You can customize this recipe by adding other dried fruits and add more variety that way. Try this No-Bake Cheesecake recipe and treat your family to a healthy and tasty dessert!
