Directions

Onion Tomato Masala - Heat Oil in a pan. Add Ginger Garlic Paste and sauté.

Add chopped Onion and Salt and sauté till nicely brown.

Add Turmeric Powder and Red Chilli Powder. Cook for 1 minute.

Add chopped Tomatoes and cook till mushy.

Keep the Onion Tomato Masala aside for later use.

In a heavy bottom vessel, add properly cleaned Chicken Bones, Coriander Root, roughly cut Onion, roughly cut Ginger, Garlic and Water. Bring it to a boil and simmer for 3 hours.

Strain the stock and keep aside for cooling.

Marinate diced Chicken Breast pieces with the prepared Ginger Garlic Paste, Turmeric Powder, Salt and keep aside for later use.

Heat Oil in a pan and add sliced Onions. Sauté until they turn golden brown.

Add chopped Ginger, chopped Garlic, chopped Green Chilli, chopped Coriander Leaves, Ginger Garlic Paste and Besan. Sauté.

Add Onion Tomato Masala and Tomato Purée and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the marinated Chicken followed by Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala and Salt. Sauté until the Chicken and the spices are properly cooked.

Add Chicken Stock and Lemon Juice. Cook for sometime.

Garnish with chopped Coriander Leaves. Serve hot.
