Heat Oil in pan. Add Mustard Seeds, Dry Red Chilli, Curry Leaves, Turmeric, Salt, Tomato and saute.

Remove it to a bowl and set aside.

In a heavy bottom vessel, add Water, Millet, Dal, julienne Ginger, sliced Green Chilli, Peppercorn, Salt, Turmeric Powder and cook till foxtail millet are done and form a mushy khichdi like consistency.
