Take a pan and dry roast whole red chilli, cloves, green cardamom, black pepper, coriander seeds and curry leaves. Once all the spices start to release its aroma, turn off the flame and place spices in another plate to cool down.

Grate the fresh coconut and dry roast it on a low flame, until golden brown in color.

In a blender jar, add all the roasted spices, toasted coconut and stone flower powder. Pulse grind to get a coarse powder.
