Blend boiled Sweet Potato, Orange Juice, Lemon Juice, Salad Oil, Chipotle Tabasco and Honey.

Marinate Chicken with Salt, Coriander, Mint, chopped Garlic, Oregano, Lime Juice, Cumin Powder, minced Green Chilli, Sweet Lime.

Grill on a medium hot grill for 30 seconds each side, finish in oven for 6 mins at 160 degrees or till the internal temperature reaches 74 degree. Allow it to cool down and cut into diamond shape.

Arrange Rocket Lettuce in a deep bowl.

Add Cantaloupe, Watermelon,Cucumber, Black Olives and Cherry Tomato.
