Soak dry Cranberries in warm water.

Mix Corn Flour and Water in a vessel. Heat on a medium flame. Once mixture begins to thicken, stir vigorously. Take off from gas and cool.

In a Blender, add Dijon Mustard Paste, Cornflour slurry, Water, soaked Cranberries, Dry Black Curraant, Lemon Juice, Salad Oil, Salt, Pepper, Cranberry Juice.

Add Carrot and toss in some Oil and powdered Spices. Spread on a baking tray and bake at 180 degrees for 10 mins or till it starts browning.

In a salad bowl, place Lettuce at the bottom. Add roasted Carrots, blanched Haricot beans & Cherry Tomato.

Marinate Chicken and refrigerate overnight. Grill on a medium hot grill for 30 seconds each side. Allow to cool to room temperature before slicing.
