Wash and soak whole Masoor Dal with skin in Water for 30 minutes.

Boil the soaked Dal adding Salt in it.

Once the Dal is soft and mushy, strain it and remove it into a container and set aside to cool.

In a bowl add 15 mm diced Pineapple, chopped Red Chilli, chopped Coriander and Salt.

Toss it together to make Pineapple Coriander salad.

Roast Peanuts for 10 minutes at 180 degrees C.

Heat a pan and toast white Sesame Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds and Sunflower Seeds.

In a bowl mix roasted Peanuts & toasted seeds and keep it aside.

Soak Moong Dal in Water for sometime till it becomes soft.

In a mixinig bowl, add deseeded julienne English Cucumber, Mint Leaves, Lime Juice, soaked Moong Dal, garnish mix and Salt.

Toss it well and keep the Cucumber Mint salad in a bowl.

For Missi Roti- Add Atta, Besan, Sattu, Red Chili Powder, Coriander Leaves, Cumin Powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Curd, Oil, Water and mix in a bowl.

Make equal portions and roll it with the help of a rolling pin.

Place on heating pan.

Cook evenly on both sides.

Heat Oil in a pan, add Ginger Garlic Paste and sauté.

Add chopped Onion and sauté till golden brown.

Further, add Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Chat Masala, Garam Masala, Red chilli Powder, Roasted Chana Dal Powder, Salt and sauté for sometime.
