Directions

In a non stick pan, add diced Bread slices, Oil, Basil, Garlic and season with Pepper.

Marinate Chicken Breast with Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Dijon Mustard, Sumac, Lime Zest and Thyme.

On a hot grill pan, grill Chicken Breast on both sides.

Remove to a baking tray and place in an oven for 6 mins baking. Then cut into demand shaped and keep aside.

Boil Sweet Potato in salted water.

Peel off the skin and allow to cool. Cut into rough dices and put in a blender.

Blend till a smooth paste is obtained. Take out in a bowl and keep aside for later use.

Take a blender, add Salt, Lemon Juice, Sweet Potato Puree, Honey, Dijon Mustard, Oil, Water and make a paste.

Add Zatar, crusted Pepper and mix well. Remove to a bowl and keep aside.

Add Olive and Cherry Tomato halves, triangle shaped Red, Yellow, Green Peppers and Cucumber.
