Directions

Soak the lentil for an hour, blanch it in salted hot water for 8-10 min. Drain and keep aside.

Fine chop the onion, tomato, green chili, cucumber, coriander leaves, mint and set aside.

Take a mixing bowl, add chopped vegetables along with lentil. Mix well.

Add chat masala, lemon juice, jaggery powder. Mix well and it is ready to serve.
