In a heavy bottom vessel, add Water, Tomato and bring to boil. Blanch the Tomato and keep aside.

In a heavy bottom vessel, add Water, Salt, Potatoes and bring to boil. After done take out the skin and by using the grater, grate the Potatoes and keep aside.

In a heavy bottom vessel, add Water, broken Cashew, Magaz and boil. Drain out the water and keep aside.

In a pan heat Oil. Add Cardamom, Bay Leaf and saute.

Add sliced Onion and saute for sometime.

Add boiled Cashew, Magaz and saute.

Add Water and boil for 1 hr in low flame.

Remove to a blender and make a paste, keep aside.

Heat Oil in a pan. Add Ginger Garlic Paste and saute.

Add chopped Onion, Salt and saute till brown.

Add Turmeric Powder, Red Chili Powder and cook for one minute.

Add chopped Tomatoes and cook till mushy and gravy become thick. Remove to a bowl and keep aside.

In a blender add Onion Tomato Masala and make a puree. Keep aside.

Heat Oil in a pan. Add Ginger Garlic Paste and saute till golden.

Add chopped Green Chilli and saute for sometime.

Add Tomato Puree, Onion Tomato Masala puree and cook for sometime.

Add Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Cumin Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Coriander Powder, Fennel Powder and cook for sometime.

Add Cashew Magaz Paste, Milk, Salt, Black Salt, Water and cook for sometime.

Remove to a bowl and garnish with chopped Coriander Leaves.

Remove the eye and skin of the blanch Tomato, cut into half and make two pieces. Remove the pulp from inside of the Tomato and keep aside in a plate.

In a mixing bowl put grated Paneer, grated Potatoes, Cumin Powder, Kashmiri Chilli Powder, Salt, Chat Masala and mix it well.

Take a baking tray,place the Tomato and stuff all with above mixture. And bake for 4 mins.

Remove to a plate and cut all the Tomato into 1/4 lengthwise.

Place 2 pieces of Tomatoes on a plate and pour the gravy on top. Garnish with chopped Coriander.
