In a bowl, add Atta, Baking Powder, Salt and Cinnamon Powder. Mix well.

In another bowl, add Curd, Soda Water, Honey and Milk. Mix well.

While whisking at a constant speed, add the dry mix to the liquid mix. Whisk till a smooth batter is achieved.

Place the Black Grapes in a blender and blitz to a coarse paste.

Transfer the pulp to a vessel. Add Cinnamon Stick, Rosemary and bring to boil.

Simmer on a low flame, stirring continuously till a jam like consistency is obtained.

Remove the Cinnamon and Rosemary. Transfer to a bowl and store refrigerated.

Pour Pancake Batter on a hot pan and place a small slice of Apple at the center of each pancake.

Once done, flip it over and cook the other side till the Apple is lightly caramelized.
