In a heavy bottom pan, boil Potato with little Turmeric and Salt. Drain and keep aside.

Heat Oil in a pan, add Cumin Seeds and let it crackle. Add Hing and saute for sometime.

Then add chopped Ginger, Garlic and Chilli. Saute till golden brown.
