About this pack

What to expect from Pranayama Series - 3?
Pranayama exercises: In the first session, our coach will teach about the Pranayama practices such as Kapalbhati and the chopping wood pose. You will be focusing on strong exhalation to activate the abdominal muscles. Then we move onto the second session, where our yoga coach will teach you about pranayama mudra such as Bhastrika that helps with weight loss. In the successive sessions, she will teach you about certain forms of Pranayama for shortness of breath. Some of the other forms of equal breathing Pranayama in these sessions include alternate nostril breathing exercises, mind calming exercises such as Om chanting and much more.
Keep practising:
Stay tuned to our Pranayama series to learn everything about Pranayama. While all of these meditation techniques can be learnt quite easily, you may find it hard to practise them on a regular basis and this is one of the biggest challenges that almost everyone faces. The number of sessions you take rests completely on you as there’s no way you could overdo it. The more you practise them, the better you get at meditation. Also, you can take them anytime during the day but it’s preferred to do them early in the morning.
