What to expect from Gratitude Series - 1?
About the series: In this series, our primary aim is to cultivate the feeling of gratitude. Like every other meditation session, we start by sitting down in a comfortable posture and letting go of any tension or tightness.
How to perform the series:
After taking a few breaths allow your breathing to return to its normal state and now you are ready to get started with meditation. Then we proceed to scanning the body from head to toe, relaxing every part of the body in the process. Now, it’s time for grateful meditation where we thank every person who has helped you, everything, every event that you are grateful for in your life.
