We as humans are wired to notice and focus on negative events more than positive events which could most likely be due to our survival instincts. Also, as we compare our lives with that of others which leaves us wanting more and we feel bad about our life.

This five minute gratitude meditation pack is designed to help us focus on the positive aspects of our life and express gratitude for them. How to begin the session:
We begin every session, seated in a comfortable position by taking a few deep breaths and relaxing the mind and body with each breath. Then we move onto meditation for abundance and gratitude techniques where we express gratitude to events, people and finally ourselves.
