What can you expect from Yoga Nidra Series- 3?
About the series: In this series, we will be learning a new meditation technique called Pairs of opposite sensations. The two requirements for this practice are the complete stillness of the body and staying awake. The central idea of this practice is to constantly move from one sound to another, ensuring that you spend enough time with the sounds.
How to start the series:
We start with a part and move to the different parts of the body and notice the sensations. We will be exploring opposite feelings and emotions, so be warned this may be confronting and surprising. You will be asked to feel safe and unsafe feelings, then happy and sad feelings. So this can be an amazing way of balancing your emotions and help you get unstuck if you're feeling caught up in a loop of negative thoughts.
