What to expect from Yoga Nidra Series-1?
The practice of Yoga Nidra leads to a deep and sound sleep as it’s the sleep that you get after all your physical and mental issues are resolved.
How to practise the sessions:
To begin with the practise of this asana, you need to lie down in Shavasana with your eyes closed and palms feeling the ceiling. Make sure that you don’t completely fall asleep while doing these sleeping yoga asanas as you need to listen to the instructions of our yoga instructor. Focus on your breathing and bring your attention to different parts of your body starting with your toes, moving upward and relax them as you listen to the audio. Once, you reach close to the end of the Yoga Nidra session, you will automatically feel relaxed and in a state of happiness.
