As the name suggests, this pack is designed to help you let go of the past and ask for forgiveness to enhance your relationship.
About the session:
We begin this session by being seated in a comfortable position. Then we bring our attention to our breathing first and then to the physical sensations of breathing. Feel how your breath feels and how it makes you feel.
Focus of these sessions:
Then we move our attention from our breath to our thoughts, something that you judge yourself for. Forgive yourself for anything that you may have done and repeat the phrase forgiving yourself over and over again and notice how it makes you feel. In case, you feel that you were mistreated, forgive the person and the actions that caused you grief. Practise forgiveness again and again and it will transform your life as you will be free of the past.
