What to expect from Relationships - Breakups?
In the first few sessions, you will experience a number of different feelings without the fear of experiencing them. It will help you let go of the past and prepare you to be ready for a future of love and compassion after breakup. We begin every session by taking some time to relax the mind and body by taking a few deep breaths. Then through breath awareness, meta cognitive awareness and other meditation techniques, Dr Shyam Bhat will help you let go of the past and the future and help you in overcoming a breakup by focusing on the moment and experiencing your present feelings. You can take these sessions at your own pace, anytime of the day and at a place that’s convenient to you. Moreover, you can also come back to these sessions as many times as you like. Remember that you will feel better with time and learn how to handle a breakup.
