What to expect from Relationships - Loving Kindness?
About the sessions: We begin every session in this pack by lying down comfortably with eyes closed on the ground and taking a few deep breaths to relax the mind and body. Then we get started with our meditation practice where we focus on our breath and feel every sensation, the air entering and leaving the nostrils, accepting kindness and patience.
How to perform the sessions:
Picture the person you are in a relationship with or anyone who is really close to you and imagine that the person is sending you their love. Feel the warmth, kindness and love coming from that person and bask in that feeling. Later in the series, you will learn how to be kind and send your warmth and kindness back to that person and eventually you will learn how to extend this feeling of warmth and kindness to all living beings.

By practising these sessions, you will not only be able to rebuild burnt bridges but also be able to be warm and kind towards everyone with acts of random kindness. So, let’s get started with the first session and learn to have courage and be kind.
