What to expect from Meditation for Kids (5-6 years)?
This pack is a beginner level meditation pack and it requires no prior knowledge or experience of meditation. Many short meditation for kids practices use breathing techniques to promote a state of calm.
Get started:
In the first session, we teach him the basics of mindfulness meditation on breath which is perhaps the most well-known form of meditation. Now, it involves sitting quietly, resting or closing your eyes and bringing your attention to your breath. When your attention drifts away, which is very likely to happen, you simply need to usher your attention back to your breath without judgment.
Designed for everyone:
You don't need years of meditative practice to benefit from this technique, nor do your children. In the second leg, with the help of the best guided meditation session we teach your child to explore his senses, feel all the sensations in his body as he meditates in a rhythmic pattern whereas in the last session, we use the analogy of the moonlight to drive away all the negative emotions and unwanted thoughts from the body. So, let’s get started with the first meditation for 5 year olds session without wasting any time.
