The meditation sessions in this series helps us take a closer look at our default responses to life's invitations for growth. Saying “yes” to life means a lot of things in a lot of different circumstances. The basic thing that unifies all of these circumstances is to take a risk in the direction of opening oneself up and being vulnerable — to not knowing, to not being able to control an outcome. It means trusting yourself and being in the moment.

What to expect from Saying Yes to Life?
This pack is a guide to a happier life. While positive thinking is good not all thoughts are positive thoughts about life. In this pack, we learn to say yes to thoughts that aren’t positive thoughts about life and accept our thoughts and emotions that we normally wouldn’t embrace. By getting in touch with these changes, we give ourselves a chance to grow.
Go outside your comfort zone:
Because you don’t grow as long as you leave your nest. You don’t grow unless you leave your comfort zone and that is precisely what we will do in these sessions.
Get started with meditation:
We begin every session by sitting in a meditative posture with our spine straight and breathe in and out, letting go of all tension and relaxing all of our muscles with every breath.
Concentrate on the present moment:
We only focus on the present without thinking about the past or the future. By living in the present moment, we completely let go of the past and the anticipation of the future.
