If you’ve been struggling to catch some shut eye lately, meditating before bed might help. Insomnia is an unhealthy condition that plagues far too many people. Our radical lifestyle changes have significantly altered our sleep patterns, turning many of us into daytime zombies. Meditation to the rescue! Sleep meditation is a powerful tool that can help us fall asleep and stay there. This series is created by leading yoga and meditation teacher Lara Saluja to help you return to a state of deep rest and sleep.

What to expect from Falling Into Sleep?
To fall asleep we need to first put all our internal conflicts to sleep. Through meditation before sleep, we can resolve all our conflicts and relax the mind and body by lying down comfortably on the bed, focusing on the present and connecting with yourself.
Technique to help you sleep better::
You let go of all thoughts not by trying to stop them but by letting them go on a tangent, a journey of their own. Then with meditation for insomnia you become more aware of your physical presence and focus on the sensations in your body as you continue to listen to the instructions of our instructor. You will eventually feel totally relaxed and before you know it, you will be in deep sleep.
Practise every night before going to bed:
The best way to sleep fast, these techniques can be practised daily before going to bed at night or even during the day if you decide to take a nap. You can complete one session at a time, every night.
