About the first session:
In the first session, we sit down in a comfortable position and start by relaxing with a few deep breaths and proceed to remind ourselves why we need to be kind and helpful towards. It reminds us that when we are kind towards others, we in turn end up deriving happiness from our actions and that helps us make our day better.
How to perform these sessions:
In the other two early morning meditation sessions, we focus on being grateful for all that we have and thank them for it and also be grateful towards ourselves for our own life. Lastly, we learn how to develop positive intent with the help of meditation.
