About cravings:
Overcoming cravings can seem like a daunting, insurmountable task. A task that can’t be achieved by any means. Sometimes, you may even feel that these cravings are harmless but the reality is often different.
Get started:
In this series, we will try to understand the nature of cravings and examine the reasons behind their existence. You can let go of cravings only by completing accepting them first. In the first session, we start off proceedings by relaxing our mind and body by taking some deep breaths and by listening to the instructions of our instructor, you need to bring your attention to the different parts of the body without trying to change them. Only by becoming a witness to the present emotional state can you understand how your cravings make you feel and how you respond to them. In the second and final session, we try to understand the reasons for our cravings which will help us in overcoming them.
