What to expect from Anxiety SOS?
Anxiety is defined as having feelings of unease, worry or fear that can range from being fairly mild to extremely severe.
How meditation cures anxiety:
The practice will relax areas of our body that seem tight and under stress during any such anxiety episode. You will be gently guided to relax with the anxiety, easily shifting your awareness onto the body and breath. Take this as a supportive pause to acknowledge how you are feeling and find an accepting place within.

The emphasis on these sessions is on breathing through the abdomen. It is said,’Break the worry loop with some deep belly breathing.’ The gut acts as a “second brain” when it comes to anxiety and produces 85% of the body's serotonin. During such stressful situations you have to be your own doctor because it will always take some time to reach for external help. These meditation exercises for anxiety will teach you to overcome the fearful thoughts and calm yourself. Remember to be comfortable while taking these sessions.
