What to Expect from Strength and Conditioning - II
This pack, which consists of six sessions of twenty minutes each is designed to help you perform a variety of high result exercises which will focus on improving your core strength along with the overall strength of the body. Each session first begins with a warm up to help you get pumped up for the session and then moves on to the main part of the workout. A little more intense than the beginners pack, this pack gives more focus to the core with Plank to Leg Lift, Plank Squat and Knee Hug to Hollow Hold. To keep your heart racing, some other exercises in this set are Burpees with Lateral Jump, Squat to Kick, Lateral High Knees, among others. Each pack is headed by an expert coach who will be your personal trainer on this journey, helping you perform each exercise correctly and guiding you through this whole journey. It is important to follow along and perform each exercise correctly so that you are able to derive the maximum benefit out of it. it is recommended you perform the exercise multiple times to increase strength and overall stamina too.
