While some high intensity cardio such as High knees, Lateral high knees and beast hold shoulder tap for the core and increasing your heart rate. An expert coach is there to guide you through every exercise in every session, explaining the correct way to perform it both through instructions and demonstration. It is imperative to perform each of the exercises correctly in order to avoid any sort of injury and also to derive the most out if them as well.
