What to Expect from Strength and Conditioning – III -
This specially designed pack consists of six sessions of twenty minutes each which focuses on lower body movements. These movements help to strengthen the lower body muscles and increase speed and performance. Each session in the pack begins with a warm up to get your muscles activated and then moves on to the main part of the workout in that session. These set of workouts work your whole body. Leg Raise Russian Twist, Single Leg Bridges Beast to Squat for the lower body. While some high intensity cardio such as High knees, Lateral high knees and beast hold shoulder tap for the core and increasing your heart rate. An expert coach is there to guide you through every exercise in every session, explaining the correct way to perform it both through instructions and demonstration. It is imperative to perform each of the exercises correctly in order to avoid any sort of injury and also to derive the most out if them as well.
