What to expect from Get Lean - Beginner
We Have our very own fitness coach Shwetambari Shetty to guide you through these sessions. There are 6 sessions in this beginner pack each comprising around 15 minutes of HIIT.
About the pack:
Each session will include warmup and cooldown along with the main movements and exercise to become thin. These sessions are designed for beginners just like an HIIT workout so it's absolutely alright if you are trying it for the first time and is the perfect workout to get lean.
Movements involved:
We start the workout sessions with some basic exercises such as Planks, skipping rope, burpees and then move on to mountain climbers, lateral jumps and more. If you’re feeling a little adventurous or are always active you can even take 2 sessions back to back for best results.
Stretch without fail:
Don’t forget to warm up before you get started with the main movements. A quick warm up along with some stretching will help relax our muscles and prepare your body for an intense workout session. So let's immediately head to our first Get Lean session!
